You too are sure to choose a bra based on its color. A white or light bra will not show up under light clothing. A dark blue or black model can be worn very well under dark clothing, here you do not have to worry that the outer clothing could discolour the underwear. But besides the color, other aspects are also important. On the one hand, it's about the carriers. You should make sure that these are wide enough so that they do not cut into the shoulders. Especially if the bra has to be a bit larger and is correspondingly difficult to carry, the weight is better distributed over your shoulders with wide straps. You will notice the difference, especially when you wear the bra for a long time! Second, when choosing the right bra, it is important that the fabric used is skin-friendly. Whether you choose the bra with or without cups or preformed cups is probably a question of faith. While some are of the opinion that the bracket would provide more support and shape, others simply feel more free without a bracket. Many wearers protect themselves from electrosmog by not using hangers, since without this support there is no metal in the cups in the underwear. But one thing is clear: if they fit correctly and you have found the right size, at least you will not feel the temples.

Bra - find the right size

Unfortunately, it is a common picture: the bra not only cuts into the shoulders thanks to the straps that are too narrow, but is also too tight in circumference. This can be seen in waves and unsightly dents, which are usually visible under the arms and in the side of the back. Measure the required circumference better and benefit from the adjustability of the bra closures. Usually these have two or three adjustment options, so that several centimeters can be adjusted in circumference. If you choose a bra with underwire or pre-shaped cups, they should fit comfortably against your chest. The hanger must be big enough so that it can be passed under the chest, but at the same time it must not be too long. It could press uncomfortably with its ends in the middle and under the arms. It is certainly a matter of trying, because unlike almost any other item of clothing, bras have to be put on and you should feel good right away. The bra fits when you don't feel it and it still gives you an optimal shape and provides support.

Natural bras - no artificial fibers

All too often, synthetic fibers are touted as all-rounders. They would be breathable and would ensure a particularly good skin climate. Unfortunately, this is not the case, because synthetic fibers often become uncomfortable at the latest when you sweat. However, the bra in particular lies directly on the skin and should therefore be particularly skin-friendly and tolerable. Thanks to the high-quality organic cotton and modal fabrics we use, as well as the cotton / elastane mixture, the bras are wonderfully cuddly and skin-friendly. Nothing scratches or picks, the skin is not irritated by incompatible substances. We do not completely do without synthetic materials in the production of our bras, because the underwires, for example, cannot be made differently.
